In turn, the company gains small profits but from numerous clients. This allows the company to grow and expand as it gains reputation. The advantage of this being that once the reputation is built. It is possible to undertake more rigorous endeavors such as the seafood sector that requires more funds and low sales volume. On the other hand, the popularity of these products makes it easy to engage in the market (Higgins & Kester, 2013). Their nutritional value is high, which makes it a priority and preference for consumers. As a result, the company can enjoy more sales from offering services that major in testing these products. Nonetheless, their cheap cost and high availability make it easy to engage in mass deployment and a large target market.
Addressing the target market using segmentation is essential as the company has to consider its leverage. In the future, the expansion would be easy to take on testing that requires more money. As the company garners profits, these should be used for expansion purposes. Devoting the profits to the expansion allows the company to retain its current operations while expanding to more demanding endeavors (Gupta, 2019).
