Using the formulas given in the Mathematics of Interest section in the Module 4 – Instructor handout, develop an Excel Workbook containing the following worksheets (tabs):

1. Worksheet with formulas to generate tables of time value of money factors. The worksheet must have the capability of generating the table for any interest rate. The design and number of years are based on your interest.
2. Worksheet that can be used to generate tables of present worth for single cash flow.
3. Worksheet that can be used to generate tables of recurrent cash flow.
4. Worksheet that can be used to generate tables of cash flow that escalates.

Note 1: The worksheets must have the capability of generating the tables for each of the respective input parameters (years, discount rate, and escalation rate). The design and number of rows and columns is based on your interest.
