1. After reviewing “The characteristics of effective goals” (see Daft Chapter 7 and the corresponding slide), you need to describe either your personal or career goal setting in this paper, excluding any course goals (e.g. getting an A) that we already discussed during the lecture. Please use subheadings (e.g., the characteristics of effective goals) to illustrate that your goal setting satisfies the criteria.
2. Format. Your paper should be 1-2 pages, with 1.5 spacing. MLA format
