-Tell why the procedure/policy is problematic (based on your reading of Chapter 20), and explain how you feel the process could be made better (again, based on your understanding of how to write effective definitions, descriptions, and instructions from the text. You must give specific support from the chapter).
-Rewrite the procedure or policy using your new and improved ideas as steps (instructions) for the user; your new instructions must again clarify the policy or the procedure for the reader based on what you have read. Avoid shortening the procedure down to one step!
-For each new step, show how your instructions align or have been made better based on what you have read in the text
