After reading the chapter on leadership and the powerpoint, reflect about what you have learned. Which is your favorite theory of leadership that will attempt to emulate as a manager? You must choose among the following theories (see powerpoint in the module):

5. Transformational Leadership
6. Situational Leadership and the Skill/Will Matrix (from my powerpoint in this week’s module)

a. Which leadership theory makes most sense to you to use when you become a manager (if you are not a supervisor or manager already)?

b. Provide two core reasons why you are choosing this leadership theory.

c. Now reflect about your own personal/professional life. Have you personally experienced this leadership theory through your manager or another leader? Mention one way through which this leader made an impact in your life.
