Entering new markets or expanding an existing market for a growing company can be one of the most difficult things a company can do. understanding that international business is a growing commodity and is essential for success in a trade market. Fortune 500 companies and virtually any successful company operating within a goods and service model projection has successfully conquered many of these feats. growing companies often have to merge in order to be successful in an international market. “Sharing ownership with a local partner is likely to facilitate access to local capital resources that an MNC may later transfer across borders via internal markets to other locations of the subsidiary network.” (Fisch) The thought of sharing ownership of any business can be very stressful as it may not produce the desired revenue but it’s essential for long-term success. Entering a new market and being part of a global economy will be essential for long term business growth. “Entry and exit as well as other economic conditions determine the total profit levels in an industry.” (Fok, D.,) The global market can be very challenging and entering such a market will require patience and restraints with their business model. “If only one firm enters the spillover-producing market, then naturally, this firm has to manage its products alone.” (Wu) business tactics must develop in order to ensure short-term and long-term success.

Economies of scale is “when an increase in output quantity reduces the per unit total cost of production.”(Corporate Finance Institute). The article I chose is written by Amit Shah and is called “Budget 2022-2023 will change the scale of economy”. When reading this article the author talks about how this new “visionary budget” for India is going to reshape the economy. They mention that the fiscal deficit has dropped from 6.9 to 6.4%. The author brings up other rates that have dropped significantly with this new budget and government in place. When thinking of economies of scale and this article it makes sense, the economy is changing for the better since they are able to do more with their budget. Economies of scale is simply when you can produce more for less and seeing that their fiscal deficit decreased you can see that is what is happening.
Chapter 7 of our book is all about global market entry, getting into new markets can open up your economy by large margins. You can be proactive or reactive, whatever you do as long as you are doing it well you will see an increase of your scale. Its usually much easier to recognize it at a smaller scale but the fact that we can see it at a scale as large as a country is fascinating. Maintaining your economies of scale will be the hardest part since our book states “if domestic markets become saturated, the firm may need a larger customer base to maintain economies of scale”. (Brian Satterlee). When looking at the article maintaining production at the levels that decrease your fiscal deficit will be key to the success of India’s new economy.

Allow the Children ministry is a nonprofit, faith-based organization that helps underprivileged kids. To enable the ministry to give children in need access to faith-based education, food, and clothing, people are asked to sponsor a kid. Their global aim is to serve orphans and young people who are in need, and they accomplish this by collaborating with local churches and schools.
Allow the Children has worked on and is still working on a number of initiatives, such as mission trips, teaching sewing, and offering Bible instruction, among other things (Allow the Children, n.d). This organization was first established in the nation of Nepal. The group expanded over time, starting to serve Burundi, Ghana, and Nicaragua in addition to its original mission areas.
It appears that the Allow the Children ministry used a low-intensity entry technique when examining the various company entry methods. This ministry fits the low-intensity mode of entry because it is a non-profit entity and because it made no investments in the new market. The low-intensity entry strategy is ideal for organizations that don’t have a lot of resources and depend on donations to carry out their missions (Satterlee, 2017, p. 200).

GAP MISSIONS MINISTRIES role is to motivate, develop and equip people for worldevangelization; to strengthen and plant indigenous churches; to create Bible Institutes and training centers, especially in underdeveloped nations where peoples access to books and media is limited; to promote the Gospel through use of symbiotic methods in areas of the world that are
closed to open evangelization where practical and feasible, to utilize small aircraft as a means of transportation, ministry expansion, medical helps, humanitarian aid, or distribution of Bibles and literature; to seek support for orphans and help other children in need; and, to encourage nationals to be self-supporting by teaching, training and helping them establish a means of support suitable for the area in which they live. Our vision encompasses the United States and the World, but our emphasis is especially among the unreached people groups of Africa, the Middle East, South and Central Asia, and other countries where Christianity has limited access.
GAP Missions, through each missionaries’ individual ministries, will be involved in many various projects at any given time. Such projects may range from the coordination of construction teams or medical teams assisting on a specific mission field, to arranging for other types of short-term mission endeavors by individuals or groups, to assisting in special activities by national pastors in a country where a GAP missionary operates.
These individual GAP Projects are not necessarily ‘separate ministries‘ but are some of the areas of ministry where you may be led to get involved in that opportunity. You may be a Prayer Warrior specifically for that project, or a special channel of funding for a particular ministry effort, or you may be part of a team providing service on the field… In any case, we hope you
will prayerfully support these highlighted ‘opportunities for ministry’.
Their focus is on multiple countries such as African, the Middle East, South and Central Asia, and other countries where Christianity has limited access. The modes of entry as described in the chapter they most closely engage and resembles is opportunities for global expansion to overseas.
