As the economy, job market, and the whole society have experienced significant changes, so have the women’s and men’s roles in both the workplace and at home. Questions have been raised regarding how best individuals can manage both family and work (including studying). As we learned from our Family Systems Theory, ‘balance’ is the key term for a well-managed system.
