Leadership Writing

Describe a challenge you faced as a leader or one you faced as a subordinate (follower). This should be a 2-3 page paper, font 12, Times New Roman. Provide examples and use the text and course content as reference (Be sure to cite references and have APA reference page at end). You do not need a title page, nor an abstract.

• Why study group dynamics?
• What are the elements of a group that you believe are essential for a leadership practitioner to understand?
• What does a practitioner need to know, understand, or utilize in order to make sense of group behavior?
  • Using the course materials presented in week one, write a 2-3 page paper that addresses these questions.
