C++ Question

I have 3 programs I need written in C++ and the categories are labeled: Week 4- Subroutines program, Week 6 Selection assignments/programs, and Week 7 Switch program : The first program I wrote is called “First Program”. You can use this as a guide. I have uploaded a word document. but if you need the original instructions I can provide that to you.

The professor wants us to build on the previous assignment and I got stuck on the first assignment and it has been down hill every since. My professor has a PHD and is a complete a-hole to beginner learners. Everyone in the class has a very low grade and he does not care. I asked him for help and he told me only a idiot would not read the text book .1400 page textbook. So I need you help, I have 3 other classes that are giving me hell.
