This is a Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) assignment.
Based on the creative strategy developed in Topic 3, you need to identify the media mix you will use in your promotional campaign. Create a 10-15-slide PowerPoint presentation in which your group develops and describes a media plan and budget for your company. Include the following in your presentation:
- Objectives: Include at least two objectives that can be measured. Key performance indicators must be included that demonstrate how you will determine if you successfully met your objectives.
- Media Selection: Identify and explain each media type (print, broadcast, digital.) that makes sense for the company based on the identified problem to solve, creative strategy, objectives, and target audience. State why the media type and specific platform, website, or publication is recommended, including characteristics of each and how it will be implemented into the strategy.
- Budget: Include the budget, which must be detailed and backed with sources. For example, if you recommended television commercials, you must include the cost to run each spot. If you included social media, you must include the cost to run the ads.
The presentation must be supported by appropriately cited research, with a minimum of three sources.
